Dr. Haddock is the associate nurse executive for research at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center; a senior research fellow at the Center for Health Services and Policy Research, School of Public Health, University of South Carolina; and an adjunct professor of gerontology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and Dr. Bretous is a medical epidemiologist for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, all in Columbia, SC.
