Dr. Weller is the psychologist for the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Clinical Treatment Team in the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic at the VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Syracuse. At the time of this study, she was a postdoctural resident in the chemical dependency fellowship of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City.
