Debra Shipman, RN, MSN, MBA; Marsha Garrison, RN, MSN; and Jack Hooten, RN, MSN, MHA
Ms. Shipman works in the Office of Employee Education, Ms. Garrison is lead clinical instructor, and Mr. Hooten is a staff nurse on a mental health geriatric nursing unit, all at the Salem VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. In addition, Mr. Hooten is an adjunct faculty member at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Roanoke, Virginia and Ms. Shipman is a doctoral nursing education student at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
