The Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) offers clinicians a downloadable pocket guide to COPD. Available at https://www.goldcopd.org/guidelines-pocket-guide-to-copd-diagnosis.html, the pocket guide is based on the recently updated document, GOLD’s Global Strategy for Diagnosis, Management, and Prevention of COPD. The pocket guide includes key indicators for considering a COPD diagnosis, a summary of therapeutic options, and strategies for managing both stable COPD and exacerbations.
