A 19-year-old woman who presented with severe left lower quadrant pain and left flank pain received a diagnosis of bilateral mature cystic teratomas. This video illustrates the authors’ surgical management of this case, including the use of traction/counter traction, electrocautery, a specimen retrieval bag, suction irrigation, and hemostasis.
