Diffuse Muscle Weakness: The Toxicologist's Approach

A woman cannot walk and has weakness and dyspnea. While there are numerous potential etiologies, certain elements of her history and workup are key to establishing a diagnosis. Possible toxicologic and nontoxicologic origins are addressed.
