A novel approach to overcoming cervical stenosis and false passages

Inadvertent creation of a false passage in the endocervical canal is a complication that is often difficult to overcome, especially in the presence of cervical stenosis. The authors demonstrate their technique using a guide wire and vessel dilator placed under hysteroscopic guidance.
