Dr. Daniel is a VA special fellow in advanced geriatrics with the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) in Utah. Dr. Luptak is an assistant professor in the College of Social Work, and Drs. Hill and Zheng are professors in the department of educational psychology, all at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Dr. Hicken is a research scientist, and Mr. Turner is a program specialist, both at the VA Office for Rural health in Salt Lake City. Dr. Rupper is a phyisican investiagor with the VASLCHCS GRECC.
