Major finding: Settings in which disruptive behaviors were more common were more likely to have poor teamwork culture (P less than .001) and safety climate (P less than .001), and higher rates of depression (P less than .001).
Study details: Survey of 7,923 health care workers and 325 work settings at 16 hospitals.
