Migraineurs Seek Care From Primary Care Physicians

Key clinical point: Most patients with migraine have seen a health care provider during the past 12 months.

Major finding: Approximately 46% of migraineurs who sought care consulted a primary care provider, and 20.2% consulted a neurologist.

Study details: An examination of data for 8,844 patients who responded to the OVERCOME survey.
