Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention Tied to Lower Anxiety, Depression

Key clinical point: Mindfulness-based relapse prevention is a feasible option with relapse rates similar to those of treatment as usual.

Major finding: Anxiety and depression scores decreased (11 to 5.79 and 8 to 3.71, respectively; range 0-20) with the mindfulness-based relapse prevention program.
