Study: 10% of pregnant women test positive for COVID-19, with most asymptomatic

Key clinical point: COVID-19 in pregnancy is linked to preterm delivery, severe infection.

Major finding: Among pregnant women, 10% tested positive.

Study details: Living systematic review including 13,118 infected women who were either pregnant or in the postpartum or postabortion period, and 83,486 women who were of reproductive age but not pregnant.
