AIDS-Related DLBCL and Burkitt’s Lymphoma: Imaging Differences, but Similar Outcomes

Key clinical point: There were no significant differences in clinical parameters, progression, or death time between the two groups.

Major finding: Homogeneous texture was more commonly seen in AIDS-related DLBCL both in plain (P = .004) and contrast enhancement scans (P = .027).
