Diet, Exercise Don’t Improve Breast Cancer-related Lymphedema

Key clinical point: Exercise and weight loss did not affect lymphedema outcomes in overweight women.

Major finding: There were no significant between-group differences in percentage of or absolute limb-volume difference.

Study details: A randomized prospective trial in 351 women with breast cancer–related lymphedema.
