Mailed fecal testing may catch more cancer than endoscopic screening

Major finding: On a population level, mailed fecal immunohistochemical tests had a cumulative diagnostic yield of 4.5%, compared with 2.3% for sigmoidoscopy and 2.2% for colonoscopy.
