Acute diffuse rash on trunk
A 50-year-old man with no significant past medical history presented with a new, intensely itchy rash. The patient had recently completed a regimen of doxycycline and Augmentin for pneumonia and subsequently developed a rash on his trunk and groin that had spread to his extremities, head, and neck.
