Obesity dropping in kids aged 2-4 years in WIC program
Key clinical point: The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is helping reduce obesity among young children enrolled in it.
Major finding: Obesity prevalence among children aged 2-4 years enrolled in WIC during 2010-2016 significantly decreased in 41 of 56 (73%) states and territories.
